General Questions
Q: What designs and branding appear on your garments?
A: All our garments are plain, without printing, embroidery or other decoration.  Branding appears on the care label inside the garment.  Outer Banks garments also have a small Outer Banks label on the outside.
  
 
Delivery Questions
Q: What do you charge for delivery?
A: Delivery costs are calculated for us by our e-commerce provider, based on the weight (including packaging) of the products you choose.  The cost varies as to which postal zone you are in, but once you have picked your zone, the cost is included in the total price of your order that appears at the bottom of all our product pages.
   
Q:

What delivery method do you use?

A: We normally despatch goods by Recorded Mail.  For large orders we may despatch goods by ANC or UPS
   
Q: Will I have to sign for my order when it arrives?
A: Yes.  We're sorry if that's inconvenient, but its for your protection as well as ours.
   
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: UK customers will receive their goods within seven days of our receiving your order.  International orders will be despatched in seven days, but we cannot guarantee how long they will take in transit.
   
Q: Do you split deliveries?
A: Not under normal circumstances.  We will check with you if we need to do this.  If you need to have goods sent to different addresses, you will need to enter them as separate orders.
  
 
Returns & Sizing Questions
Q: What if my goods arrive faulty? 
A: If you receive faulty goods, we will refund the cost of your order including postage.  Email shop@tomscabin.co.uk with a description of the problem, and we will reply with details of our returns procedure and a returns reference number.
   
Q: What if my garments are the wrong size?
A: If you have ordered the wrong size, and wish to receive replacements, we may, at our discretion, be able to accept them back and refund the cost of the garments against the replacements, but we will not be able to refund postage.  As a guideline, we are usually able to swap single garments, but we advise you to be sure of your size you require before ordering in large quantities.  A guide to our sizing can be found here.  Of course, if we had sent out the wrong size or the garment had been mislabelled by the manufacturer, we would treat this as a faulty product as above.
   
Q: How do I know what size I am?
A: We use standard UK sizing.  A guide can be found here.
  
 
Payment Questions
Q: I'd like to pay by a method other than Credit/Debit Card.  Can you help?
A: We can only accept orders by Credit or Debit Card.
   
Q: What currencies do you accept payment in?
A: British Pounds (£), also known as Pounds Sterling.  If your Credit/Debit Card Account is in a different currency, your card issuer will usually automatically convert Pounds into your own currency at their own rate.  A good tool for converting currencies can be found at http://www.itools.com/ look under the link for Financial Tools.  (Tom's Cabin has no responsibility for the content of external websites)
   
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: When we are ready to despatch your order.
